Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of your delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Blender

  Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location to send it back to our manufacturing facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
